Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck together again after the famous Japan tour, performed live at the one of a kind O2 Arena in London. It was not an ordinary day but 2010 Valentine’s day, were some people with flowers in hands and some with the ‘together & apart’ ticket in the pocket. I was the guy with the together & apart ticket in my pocket as well as the flowers in my hand. Amasing experience the Arena of 20,000 people, maybe the best indoor place in earth for the together & apart concert with the best available sound system.

Travelling will be at ITB Berlin 2010 with its special editions of “Hellenic Travelling” and “Travelling News ITB Berlin Special Edition”, (last year’s issue of the special edition). Both of our publications will be available from the stand of the GNTO. As for our newspaper, Travelling News will also be available from the ITB Berlin International Trade Press Stand, following an agreement with ITB Berlin as we did last year and the past several years.
ITB Berlin International Trade Press Stand
The ITB Berlin International Trade Press Stand guarantees “Travelling News” free distribution at the world’s leading travel trade show and unbelievable awareness and visibility of “Travelling News” and the advertisers of that issue.
Since last year we pioneered using online video to report what was happening during the exhibition. You can take a glimpse by clicking on the link ITB Berlin 2009.
You can call us predictable, but at this years ITB Berlin 2010 we will do the same, with lots of improvements.

Σήμερα πήγα σε ένα ATM της Εθνικής Τράπεζας για να σηκώσω χρήματα από το λογαριασμό ταμιευτηρίου (όχι από δανειακό λογαριασμό – that was last year).
The Athens Subway has been a long-desired dream come true. Finally, Athens has the subway that we are all proud of. It is the quickest and most trustworthy public transportation mean and it can compete with any other European subway. It was completed in 2004, right before the commencement of the Athens Olympic games and connects the gateways El. Venizelos Athens international airport, Piraeus port and the city center.
The Athens Subway is modern, clean and above all it hosts some very important archeological findings. Riding the subway is like visiting a museum, since all the archeological artifacts are exhibited in showcases at the stations where they were found during the extraction.
The term Luxury Hotels is defined as an expensive vacation facility which is fully staffed and has been rated with five stars. They also offer visitors activities and attractions such as spa, water-sports, natural ecology and tranquility.
When it comes to Grecotel Luxury Hotels in Crete, they redefine the term. On the largest island of Greece, Grecotel has five luxury hotels, spanning from Heraklion to Rethymnon and all the way to Chania. All hotels on beautiful beaches with sparkling crystal clear water, close to the Palace of Knossos, The Samaria Gorge, the Idi mountains, traditional villages and most important – authentic, unspoiled hospitality.
Lots have been spoken and written about Greek oil. Its not just about Greek oil – its about Greek olive oil.
It goes way back to ancient Greece, when Zeus decided to give Athens its name. The contestants were two, Goddess Athena and God Poseidon. The fight was ferocious, but the one who prevailed was Goddess Athena, whose name was given to the geographical location of modern Athens. To celebrate the naming of the city, Goddess Athena planted an olive tree, from which the branches of the olive tree were used to make the writhes for the winners in the Olympic games of those days.
